Union Motions Phaser Type 1 electric motorcycle
The popularity of electric motorcycles has grown significantly over the last few years, and many old and new brands are producing their own version, with the hope that more people will sway towards the battery-operated bike.
Union Motion started off with a 1998 Fazer 600, with the rolling chassis including the frame, wheels and swing arm being the only parts remaining for the Phaser 1.
The motorcycle comes with a 6-kWh battery pack which is made easily removable as it sits on a set of rails on the rear of the bike, meaning a fresh battery pack can be added immediately if you don’t have the time to wait on the motorcycle to charge. Moreover, the bike can reach a total of 110 mph which isn’t bad for an electric bike, right?
Additionally, the battery can last around 60 miles of riding before needing charged and takes around two hours charging time, which can be done using a household socket.
What we love most about the Phaser 1, is the bright, front halo light which provides a bit of an edge over other brands as it is slightly different. Some other exciting features you can expect from the bike is a programmable instrument panel and Akira-inspired disc wheel.
