Team Classic Suzuki to build latest race bike at Motorcycle Live show!
Team Classic Suzuki are set to build the GSX1100SD Katana race bike at the Suzuki stand throughout the duration of the Motorcycle Live event in Birmingham as part of the live entertainment. This will be the Suzuki’s third bike build at a Motorcycle Live event and we’re sure lots of groundwork has been going towards preparing for the event. The three-rider race bike will then partake in the 4-hour Endurance race at Donington Park in May 2017.
When asked about the previous bike builds at the live shows (TL1000S and the restoration of an original F model GSX-R750) Tim Davies, Suzuki GB’s aftersales coordinator stated that: “Both builds highlighted our commitment to our Vintage Parts Programme, but this year we’ll be stepping it up a notch with the race bike builds. Using plenty of parts, lots of performance and tuning parts being used, so it will be an interesting build for show-goers to see develop and take place”.
Team Classic Suzuki’s live bike build can be found at Motorcycle Live NEC Birmingham Stand E20 Hall 3, throughout the duration of the event.
