Monday Motorcycles M1 Moped
Monday Motorcycles have revealed ‘The World’s first crossover motorbike’ called the M1, which greatly resembles a small 125-cc motorcycle.
The moped provides a range of up to 80 km in a single charge, which isn’t bad for a small electric bike.
Moreover, the moped carries regenerative braking which allows the batteries to charge whilst you are riding. The batteries are also removable which allows the rider to fully charge up anywhere with a quick-swap and even on a standard socket. The only downside is that it will take about five hours before the moped is fully charged, so it’s not ideal if you’re constantly out and about.
On the other hand, there are numerous benefits which this moped can provide for those who enjoy a city commute. The bike is ‘ultra-low maintenance’ which means you can focus more on your riding and less on maintaining your bike. In addition to this, the moped has no gears to shift and no clutch which makes riding that little bit more enjoyable.
Some of the other features you can expect from this spectacular creation is the ability to switch between Sport and economy riding modes, keyless entry with a user programmable password, Bluetooth enabled which is also cloud connected and you can track riding metrics.
Those who live in the US can purchase the moped for $5,995. However, unfortunately for everyone else, we need to pre-order and could be waiting until next year to receive the bike.
