Guy Martin In Triumph

Originally scheduled for mid-August, Guy Martin's record attempt has been now moved to mid-September.

He successfully reached 274.mph during his previous test run a few weeks ago at Salt Flat. In order to break the world record, Martin now needs to beat the current Triumph Infor Rocket Streamliner speed of 376.8mph.

Triumph designer Matt Markstaller is positive that his team can beat the word record.

We achieved a great deal during our test week at Bonneville and feel we are in a great position to move ahead with our record attempt. Guy settled into the streamliner very quickly and impressed us with the speed in which he mastered both the motorcycle and riding on the salt.
