Fenris Motorcycles are developing a spectacular electric bike

We’ve announced several new motorcycle manufacturers in the last few weeks. However, one which stood out to us was brand-new Danish firm ‘Fenris Motorcycles’ from Copenhagen.

The ambitious new manufacturers have plans to release a high performing electric motorcycle within the next few years, which is set to top competitors such as Zero, Brammo and Energica, who are just some of the brands who have helped enhance the amount of electric bikes in the market.

On the other hand, Fenris Motorcycles have in fact claimed that the only other electric motorcycle firm they would consider competition is Energica, as the technology utilised by the organisation is much more current and developed. Nevertheless, Fenris are eager to develop a machine which is much quicker and safer than all of the competitors put together, in order to become market leaders.

In addition, the Danish bike is set to weigh around 180 kg in total and is expected to produce an output of 150 kW at 200 hp. Moreover, it has been said that the electric motorcycle will reach a maximum speed of 300 km/h and has the ability to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than three seconds.

If all goes well, the brand expect to release the first 500 motorcycles at some point during 2019.
