Ducati have released the new Scrambler Desert Sled, finally!

So, a good number of weeks ago now we revealed a teaser video for the Scrambler Desert Sled and now it’s finally here, and after a long wait we can now get a closer look.

Ducati have revealed that the Desert Sled is more or less a brand-new motorcycle and carries a combination of retro and modern styling.

The new desert bike features an 803-cc desmodue twin cylinder engine with 75 bhp and weighs a total of 207 kg. Moreover, with front and rear mudguards, Ducati are making it significantly clear that this motorcycle is not just for casual street use.

Unlike the Café Racer, the registration plate hangs much higher on the bike and not on the aluminium swing arm.

Furthermore, the motorcycle offers an 860 mm seat which is relatively high and is available in two different colours; White Mirage and Red Dusk. The red is priced at £9395 and the white at £9495.
