CCM Spitfire to make its debut at London Motorcycle Show this week
CCM just recently announced that they will be launching a brand-new bike department within their firm called Skunkwerx. The first bike to be produced from this department is the Spitfire, which we will get to see for the first time this week at the MCN London Motorcycle Show.
The new Spitfire carries a 600-cc single cylinder engine, which produces 55 bhp as well as 58 Nm of torque. In addition, the frame is made from T45 steel, which is the same steel that was utilised on the Super Marine Spitfire fighter plane. Pretty cool!
Moreover, it turns out that the Spitfire was actually a bike that was designed in the background of other developments, by a small group of CCM workers who came up with the idea in their spare time.
We must say we absolutely love the simplistic styling of this machine, and can’t wait to see if for the first time at the London Show.
