BMW Motorrad sales up 5.5% for Q1 2017
The BMW Group have recently revealed that their quarter one results for 2017 are up by 5.5%, which is an incredible increase from last year’s figures. Reports highlight that the firm has already sold over 35,636 motorcycles this year alone, with over 50% of these sales taking place in March, which shows as a 10.9% increase from the products sold in March 2016.
Unfortunately, as results are only preliminary, we don’t have a breakdown of the number of each model sold. On the other hand, we expect that this information will be revealed imminently.
For now, we can only guess that the bikes likely to be making a huge impact on the firm’s sales are the R1200RT, R1200GS and GS Adventure. Nevertheless, we could be completely wrong, so it will be interesting to see what the new information will display.
